An unforgettable experience

For almost two years, our class has made contact with some French students from Calvisson (Languedoc-Roussillon), but we had to wait until the 13th of April to meet them. It took just a few hours to connect with our pen-friends and as a group in general too, and to make the week we spent with them an experience that we will never forget. From the first day we saw them on the bus to go back to France, we were counting down the remaining days to see them again. The 11th of May we departed to Calvisson, and there, we had the chance to know the French culture and habits, and of course to practice and improve the language, but we were also lucky to be in a small village between two big cities: Nîmes, which count on important monuments as "Les Arenes", "Tour Magne", "The maison carré" and "Le pont du Gar", and Montpellier, with other monuments as " La place de la Comédie”, "Le théâtre municipal”, “La fontaine des Trois Graces”... We also had the chance to visit Aigues Mortes, a really beautiful medieval village, and enjoy a boat ride in La Camargue, where horses and bulls are awesome. But above all, for these two weeks that Calvisson and El Palmar have spent together we get an unforgettable experience, full of fantastic moments and great friends. In a very short time we have created links that are not going to be easily broken and that we are sure it will be forever, because more than classmates we have been friends, and beyond being friends, we have become one big family, and neither distance nor time can break that. Cati, Veronique and other people who have made this exchange possible, thank you very much; we have live one of the best experiences that we have had and we will have in all our lives.

One way to travel abroad.

The exchanges are a way to travel cheaply. But that isn't the best, the main thing is learn other languages easily. Because, when you learn a language in your country with a teacher you only learn the base of the language, the grammar and vocabulary most correct. And if you learn the language in other country, you learn the coloquial and formal form to speak, to express you,... and when you will want express in this language with other person will be easier. Other good thing is that you know a lot of people and make many friends. Although these friends don't see them regularly, you can always stay in touch and then return to meet with them.
Exanges consist in change your home with a foreigner for a time. You go to his house, know a little his culture, his way of life and his language while he does the same in your house. 
This year, the french teacher has organized a exange with a french high school. We are all very interested, because it is a new experience and a great opportunity to master the languaje. We are already talking a year with our correspondents through email to know them better and gain a little confidence, and now comes the best part of the exchange. Now is when we have to travel and know his country. The exchange is programmed in such way that both correspondents and we are in the same conditions.
Our exchange begins in April, which is when the correspondents come to Spain, they will spend a week in which they will enjoy some trips by the area and know a little our customs. And it ends when we go to France the following month. Like them, we will spend a week there and we will go to visit some of the landmarks in his area. Let us know his language in a new and funny way, and I think that is the important thing: learn and enjoy!

Best Friends.

We all are differents but at the time we are similar, and  because of this we are friends. If someone laught, everyone laught, if someone cry, everyone cry, we are as different mother's sisters. But this is not important, the best of all is that we are always there to support us, to get smiles in difficult moments and to enjoy the good moments. It's not necesary that someone says how she feels, because only with a look, a word, a smile.... we know it, and we are there to help her.

In four years, we have lived a lot of moments together, some bad moment, but mostly goods. Every day which passes, the bond that unites us becomes stronger. We cannot imagine a life in which someone of us isn't here, because a life if we are not together, directly is not a life.Because the friendship is the greatest thing that there is and will always be. Every second that we are together, it is unique, unparalleled. Every moment is an award, because we learn from the other. We learn that although we are different, real friends, will always stay together. We cannot let any nonsense to spoil this friendship in which we all have colaborated. Because when we´re lost and we´re tired, when we´re broken in two, let´s our love take us higher. Because we are the only thing that we got right now, and one day when the sky is falling, we'll be standing right next to you, nothing will ever come between us. We are sure that we are going to stay together for a long time, and in the future all will be as pretty as today. We will be little adults who sharee best smiles like we were young.

The year is finished.

How we know on Monday the year is finished , but  we don´t worry because in 3 months a new year starts.This year has been the best of all because we have cried , we have laughed , we have studied , we have enjoyed , we have done ... others things. All my partners and me have known for 7 years or more because we have gone to school together and I think that they are fantastic , in 2 years we won´t go together because we will choose differents intineraries and I will miss you.For example a class where Encarna isn´t it is not a class , her comments , her actions...
A class when Marina say some things when she is in class .
A class without the laughs of Carmen and Alvaro.
A class without the comments of Fran , that we don´t know how can think so fast.
A class without the observations of Fernando , Edu and Álvaro.
A class when Raul looks the wall or others things and I don´t know where he looks or when I speak him and he answers me when I repeat his name 2 times.
A class without Miguel , obviously it isn´t a class.
A class without Nerea and Lorena that some times say anything.
A class when Romero makes angry when we laugh of the things that he says but he thinks that we laugh of him.
Manu , Victor and Fran some times say something but they don´t speak so much.

Maria C , I have known for 9 years and I think that she is a fantastic girl
Siham , Rajae, Ana and Chahida don´t speak so much but are always here . Siham and Rajae always correcting us when we say some words bad in french.

After speak of the partners we also speak about the teacher. I think that they do the things of the best form for us .
Carlos the engligh´s teacher is one of the best teacher that we have had , it can be because we learn with him , we also can speak with him about we want,thing that with others teacher we can´t because we don´t have this confidence. The shame is that the next year he won´t be with us I hope that he will be good in his new high school and we will miss him so much but this is like that , this isn´t the school and the teachers go and come...
The conclusion is that we have been very good with him and we hope see him more times.
Other teacher that has marked in us ...Pedro J , we haven´t never seen a teacher like that but we have learnt so much with him , in his class we have cried , we have laughed ... and also I want see his exams other time they are special.

Holidays are coming

How we are now? It´s dear we are nervous because of the exams, and we don´t how the marks which are going to get. But

we are happy, that´s because every day we think about the we are left. Only,we have to pass a terrible week with 8 exams! What? It´s strange, it´s like the number of the skies, that´s shows to us , isn´t a terrible week it´s the opposite, it´s amazing week because, thanks for this week we are going in 4ºeso, in the next year. we are growing up very quickly, it´s a good thing but we have to work more and more. we are preparing ideas about the things which we are going to do in our holidays. Maybe we are going to the beach, going to Morocco, doing activities, there are many suggestions. But, that depends of the money and also the choice of our parents, though, this holiday will be trotter.

Ok, we return to the terrible amazing week, has got one houndred sixty eight hours, and we are sure, that in this week each moment we are going to think about the marks, and we will regret if we forgot something in the exam, that´s because the third term it´s the most unpleasant period in the year. But though the night is getting dark, then is going to down that means when we work a lot of then, we are going to rest, of course in the holiday!! Always the holiday are wonderful!!

TWO HIGH SCHOOLS COMPARISON

     I.E.S La Flota High school is bigger than Marques de los Vélez High school , but Marqués de los Vélez is higher than the others.

     The other class is lighter and there are more windows. the class is bigger than this.

In La Flota high school there are two basketball courts and in El Palmar there is only one court and one pavilion; but we use a sport centre that is next to the High School.

There are more classes in la Flota than in Marqués de los Vélez. And this High School is older than La Flota.
