Guns N' Roses

Guns N' Roses is an american hard rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1985. The “leader” is Axl Rose (the singer), the only one who is in the band nowadays from his beginning.

Other members of the band are Ron «Bumblefoot» Thal, DJ Ashba and Richard Fortus (guitarrists), Tommy Stinson (bass-player), Frank Ferrer (drummer) and the keyboard-player Dizzy Reed and Chris Pitman.

Guns N ' Roses recorded his first EP in 1986, the following year the band presented his first album "Appetite for Destruction ". The band started a tour with numerous live shows, but the album was best known a year later,  when the MTV showed the video of "Sweet Child O'Mine".
After that, the album jumped up to the number one of the hits, and Guns N ' Roses became one of the most famous bands of the world. At the end of 1988 they recorded "GN'R Lies" with four new acoustic songs and some themes from his first EP.

Most of the lyrics of their songs talk about women, drugs and alcohol.
Guns N’ Roses has sold more than 100 millions of albums in all the world.
The band is also known for their famous problems with the alcoholism and the drugs.
Last time they were on tour in Spain was in 2010 with their album “Chinese Democracy”. They sang in Madrid, San Sebastián, Zaragoza and Badalona.


Nowadays it is said that the band is preparing a new CD that it could be the third album of  “Use your ilussion”. We’ll see….





EP: It’s a musical recording which contains more music than a single, but is too short to qualify as a full album.
